DAF LF 7.5T

Our customer’s current horsebox was too long for her yard, so our brief was to shorten the overhang as much as possible whilst still maintaining the integrity of the vehicle and its operation. We removed a 3ft section and then rejoined the rear end, modifying the interior to suit.

Body Swap

We swapped the horsebox body of this 18T IVECO from a thirty year old failing Volvo onto a reliable 2008 IVECO chassis.

Insurance Repair to Bumper

We replaced the damaged fibreglass bumper on this 3.5T Equitrek, and repainted the damaged areas to give a pristine finished result.

Insurance Bodywork Repair

This 7.5T IVECO had bodywork damage caused by a steel post – we remade all the lower skirting, fabricated a new fold-out step and painted to match the existing vehicle colour.

3.5T Renault Master Full Respray

Accidental damage to the vehicle side prompted an improvement of existing sub-standard paintwork, resulting in a pristine overall finish.

7.5T DAF LF New Walls and Floor Replacement

We fitted new GRP side and lower supports, replacing rotten sides which had a patchwork of previous poor quality repairs. New aluminium floor planks and floor bearers were also installed.
