New Side Opening

Our customer came in with a 7.5T MAN which he’d just bought as an empty shell to convert to a motor home – it had been used as a removals truck. We added a large side folding platform to the vehicle, giving plenty of flexible additional space.

Daimler-Benz 608D Custom Built Motorhome

We carried out extensive work on this classic Daimler-Benz 608D custom built motorhome. The vehicle had already been converted in a very unique style, which the client wanted to keep, but the functional items like the wiring, water system etc. were in a very poor state of repair. In addition, they wanted a tail lift fitted to be able to carry a large motorbike.

4WD-Mercedes Sprinter Van

We stripped out the internals of this van, and after using CAD layouts to create the required design, we added insulation, cladded the walls with pine and added bespoke wall cupboards and kitchen. The fixed bed included ample storage space underneath. We installed a new electrical system, including solar panel and split charge, along with a diesel night heater, freshwater storage tank and a refillable underslung LPG tank. A roof rack and bike rack ensured maximum use of space.

7.5T IVECO New Side Panel

This horsebox was bought for conversion to a motor home, but had a rotten side and configuration which didn’t suit our customer’s needs. A new GRP side was put into the vehicle, allowing for new window positions.
